For some reason, I started to follow this man incognito in the alleys of the garden, and he made me think a lot of “Mon oncle”, a famous character from the excellent Jacques Tati movie. When he stopped, I took this shot of him, and the evidence was there… Under this perspective, the guy had the most impressive hat I could picture.

Hello, une petite introduction pour commencer : this photo blog is updated with a new picture every two days. You can see pictures of my encounters with strangers in Paris, but also other cities that I am traveling to.
Right now I’m putting the pictures I took of people roaming in the streets of NY last october. And after that, we will go back to the streets of Paris again for more intimate moments with the strangers in the street…. More details here.
